HFM’s European Performance Awards Go Virtual
In a first for HFM, they used a sponsored virtual event to celebrate those hedge funds leading the way in the sector at a time when face-to-face events are not possible. HFM used a professional comedian as the host, recorded acceptance speeches from the winners, live attendee chat and a twitter wall as part of their virtual event to make sure attendees remained engaged throughout.
HFM used an embedded twitter wall during their event to engage their attendees and promote the event to a wider audience.
In fact HFM’s awards hashtag #HFMAwards reached over 11,000 people over the course of the event – pretty impressive.
